Assistance Required - Enterprise Architecture Implementation Exam

Hi,

I am currently preparing for the Enterprise Architecture Implementation exam as part of my APM training. Despite selecting the correct answers based on my knowledge and preparation, I have been receiving a failing result each time I attempt the exam. Unfortunately, I now have only one attempt remaining.

To better understand where I might be going wrong, I have taken snapshot of all the questions along with the answers I selected and also i am attaching all 16 questions in one pdf. I would greatly appreciate your support in reviewing them and helping me identify any potential mistakes.

Additionally, the exam does not mention the required passing percentage.

Please help me with this i need to complete it ASAP.

Did you already check within the docs/training material/other sources, what the answers should have been? 

And it's probably better to first get some hands on experience. The ServiceNow ecosystem is flooded with people having certificates they gained by learning questions. Customers are looking for people that can actually do the job.
