Cannot Find the select assistant drop down menu for Virtual Agent

Trying to set up the virtual agent and I need to control what is being displayed in the Promoted topics when the Virtual agent starts a new conversation.  I am trying to follow the instructions from 

Promote or demote LLM conversational subflows, actions, and topics in Virtual Agent Designer

I am stuck on line that says

2. From the Select assistant drop-down menu, select the LLM assistant that will promote the asset.

I do not see this option, using Yokohama release.

What am I missing ?
