I recently sent out application health assessments using the assessments framework in ServiceNow. I gave people 3 weeks to respond. Should have been long enough. Alas, I had about 5 people with in-progress assessments that did not complete them before the due date. Truth be told there were probably 40 more people who hadn't even started theirs before the due date passed. In either case, the users cannot get to these assessments any longer. And even our admins cannot seem to change the due date or do anything to make them accessible again. No big deal on the ones that were in "ready" state - I just reissued them. For the "in progress" ones, I was able to reissue assessments for the ones the people did not rate. But there are some that the people rated - and since the assessments were not submitted, the scores did not go to the Metric Results table. Is there ANY way to address these? I basically want to just submit the in-progress assessments that are past the due date... HELP!
