Hi All,
We are implementing EA. There are users who dont have itil role but have apm_user role which gives them access to view the Business application and associated relationships. The users who dont have itil role cant see the infrastructure relationship data. I checked the read ACL on cmdb_rel_ci table and we have read ACL for apm_user role. But still the user dont see it unless I add the itil role to the user.
Can you please guide me how to proceed here.##
Thanks
surya

Hi Surya,
For the non itil users , if you assign the role 'sn_cmdb_user' to the users, then they can view the Infrastructure relationships in the EA workspace for business applications.
I think 'sn_cmdb_user' is a non licensed role and should not impact. But still you can try to get a confirmation of this.
Thanks
