Hi
All pointers or documents on how can we review and approve artifacts on top of this new Tokyo feature?
Cheers
Kelvin

Hi Kelvin,
when you are at the version of the artifact you have a button to submit for approval. see below:
then, an Enterprise architect will get it as part of their approvals:
thanks,
Doron

Out of box, this only works if you are using the out of box group ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT GROUP. If you've deactivated that group, clicking Request Approval here won't do anything, and there's no error message.
To use a different group to approve these types of requests you have to configure a flow called Approve Architectural Architect Version. This could be documented better.

Hello @kelvinksau ,I have used the Architectural Artifacts.
Consider example. We have 5-6 Business Applications that work together as per the concept or based on the Leadership call of the organization then we can create an Architectural Artifact based on the concept to add the Business Applications under Related Entities. The version can be used to attach a document that describes the functional schema, data flow or any related information for the Enterprise Architects.
Here is the screenshot of the Architectural Artifact example that I've created.
