I'm wanting to create new X and Y axis and was wondering where would I do this.

Hi,
This can be achieved from creating new records in Application Bubble Charts Configuration apm_bubble_chart table.
Navigate to All > Enterprise Architecture > Administration > Bubble chart.
You will need to modify existing or create new Application indicators in apm_metric table to consume in the bubble chart for application rationalization.

I think it’s not doable. The reason is that X and Y are coming from the data and selection based on parameters, but here, the X and Y aixs are fixed.
