Hi ,
I am currently exploring the migration of our ServiceNow instances to a hyperscaler environment (specifically Microsoft Azure), and I’d appreciate any insights or lessons learned from those who’ve gone through a similar transition.
A few areas I’m particularly curious about:
- What has been your experience with performance, scalability, and reliability post-migration?
- Has the support from ServiceNow changed in any way with external infrastructure ? ( any change in incident handling, SLA's, operations changes )
I’m especially interested in practical, real-world feedback—both technical and operational. If you’ve migrated or are considering it, I’d love to hear your perspective.
Thanks
Mateusz

Can you explain what it is you are looking for? Why would it matter how ServiceNow support changed if you are moving away from it and are going to use a different platform? As long as you own the instance, the support stays the same. It doesn't matter how much you use it.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

Thanks Mark, I appreciate the response.
My question is more about whether such infrastructure shift changes how performance issues are handled from experience of those who migrated to hyperscale's.
For example how incidents are routed when instance is hosted outside; any escalation paths nuances, or simple root cause analysis changes where dealing with performance issues or similar topics.
Basically seeking for others experience and feedback from those who have gone through such transition.
