I have registered for exam but unable to open the exam on the schedule time becase the system run what to do next
How can i reattempt the exam

Immediately raise a case with Now learning support in Servicenow University.
In details, convey the reason properly why you were unable to take the exam. If you have any evidence ,attach it.

Request them if the exam can be reattempted/rescheduled without any other payment.
Note: I have seen , support generally not available in weekend. You will get answer on tomorrow.

- Explain the registration details, rescheduled exam date.

If you were unable to start your exam at the scheduled time due to a system issue, you should contact the exam provider's support team as soon as possible. Explain what happened and include your exam registration details, the scheduled exam time, and, if possible, screenshots or error messages you encountered.
If your exam was scheduled through Webassessor, you can open a support ticket with Webassessor. If it was scheduled through another provider (such as Pearson VUE), contact their support team directly.
Whether you can reattempt the exam depends on the reason the exam was missed. If the issue was caused by a technical problem on the exam platform, the provider may allow you to reschedule or restore your exam attempt. If the attempt was marked as a no-show, you will need to discuss the available options with the exam provider.
