Hi all,
I am trying to create a report for first time fix/First call resolution within incident and request in January 2024. Any idea what the conditions should be? Also I would like set the dataset for both request and incident (side by side graph). Finally, is it possible to add a report when the user responded after FTF/FCR? Thanks
