Lab instance

HI

I need more lab instance to finish my micro certification course. Whenever, i click on request on instance, the error comes that there is no more request lab. Could you please help me, I really want to complete my course. I tried to enrol again but there is no option.

Hi @DeepikaY - the error message indicates you have other lab instances in use. If this is the case, release one of them and try again. If you don't have any other active lab instances, the best thing to do is raise a case through Now Learning Help and they will resolve the problem.

As @Simon Hendery  correctly said, seems you already took or reach on limit of Lab Instances , so the new one not available for you. Better release the old lab instances and then request for new one.
