can you create crews for contractors?

anyone know if you can create crews for contractors (wm_ext_agent) if using contractor management?

i am not able to do it in my PDI
- logged in with wm_dispatcher, can create crews but only select wm_agent, not wm_ext_agent
- logged in with wm_manager, cannot select any wm_agent or wm_ext_agent (documentation says wm_manager should be able to, but looks like it's not the case)

Today, Crew operations is only available with internal agents. This feature is already on our roadmap however.
