Hopefully an easy one for the guru's of the group, but this is really confusing me now.
I am trying to format the default view for the 'Asset' selector within a new Work Order. I read in here that if you goto the following url, you can edit the columns in there, but as you will se, I am not seeing any actual records, even though the count is correct.
URL used, as suggested in another thread: https://devxxxxx.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/alm_asset_list.do%3Fsysparm_view%3...
What is further confusing is that if I do edit the reference list view, it shows the exact same in the asset selector BUT if you click on a column to sort it descending, it the shows the data! I cannot replicate that step when looking at the table.
https://devxxxxxx.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/alm_asset_list.do%3Fsysparm_view%...
When in the work order form, this shows as the asset selector - 61 being the number of assets for the selected location.
When you click on the header 'Class' it then shows the data.
What am I doing wrong here?
This is using my personal dev instance.

Just to clarify, when I first went to the url, the headers were standard, but no data showed either. I changed the headers to what you see, just to make it easy to show you. I obviously want the reference list to show the correct columns for our end users and will change them once I understand what is going wrong.

Hello, can you confirm the reference view used by the asset field and either set a specific view here (like Asset Lookup
) or confirm you're editing the correct default view in the next step

Strangely, it corrected itself next day. Not sure why. It was only on my personal dev, so although it slowed me down, did not hurt.
