Hello everyone, I have a problem with the task filter/Criterion to create a filter for technicians who have exceeded the task completion cannot receive tasks again or round robin, but the script and criterion that I created do not work. Is there a solution on how to create a criterion with the condition that it can be round robin, exclude technicians who exceed the task and read the last technician to receive the task?
