I'm not sure if I'm asking this right:
When someone creates a Work Order, an email notification is sent to a group of people.
From what I can tell,
Both Record Producers Create Facilities/Maintenance Work Order and Create Airfield Work Order use this same Email Notification.
The Notification is called Work Order Assigned to Your Team.
This Notification uses an Email Template called Employee notification template.
The Email Template uses an Email Layout called Employee notification layout.
I've created a new Notification, Email Template and Email Layout.
How do I make it so when a new Work Order is generated and assigned to our team, it uses the new Notification?
*I'm new to ServiceNow so it is likely I've missed a step or mis-explained.

Hello @helmerr_ ,
Its very easy , you have done the half part just insert and stay the existing (OOTB) notification and attach your template and layout to it. Deactivate the OOTB notification and now your notification will be triggered.
Hope this helped.
