How to check agent is available or not (on leave or not) before assigning work order tasks ?

Hi Team,

 

I want to check agent is available or not while assigning work order task to assigned to user from Dispatcher workspace and from platform view as well. Please let me know how can we achieve this? We need to verify whether user is on leave or not .

Hello @Lakshmiprasann7 

Are you using advanced work assignment to route the work order tasks to the agents?

If yes, then you dont need to worry about it.

If the agent is offline or away, work items will not be routed to the agents.

Hi @SatyakiBose please confirm is the availability detected through session login or the status in workspace which agents needs to manually update
