How to view all relevant information for my Incident ticket on the ServiceNow Portal?

Hi @akash12345,

 

You can view all the relevant information about incident and other raised tickets like request items by the below 3 ways - 

 

1. On the Service Portal, navigate to 'Requests' in the header menu of the portal. You will be able to view all the open/closed tickets.

2. On the Service Portal, navigate to 'My Open Incidents' widget. The widget will only show the open incidents in a compact manner.

3. You can also achieve this by navigating to the Employee Service Portal -> My Requests header menu which will show all the open/closed tickets.

By default, there's a "My Open Incidents" widget on the Service Portal. Screenshot from my PDI:

If you're using the employee center, you can view this under "Requests"
