I'm not sure if there's a way to refresh the mobile app, but if not, please log a new support case. Also, try repairing the FSM plugin.

We reviewed the system logs and see the following error: 'Geolocation (REQUEST_DENIED): Travel time cannot be retrieved using geolocation. This request requires a business account for the Google Maps API: no thrown error.'
