Issue with 'Start Trip' in the Now Mobile app after the upgrade

After the version upgrade, when an FSM agent is assigned a WOT and selects 'start trip,' an error message appears stating 'Trip initiation error. Check the online task status.'Have you experienced this error? Support hasn't answer my case yet.

I'm not sure if there's a way to refresh the mobile app, but if not, please log a new support case. Also, try repairing the FSM plugin.

We reviewed the system logs and see the following error: 'Geolocation (REQUEST_DENIED): Travel time cannot be retrieved using geolocation. This request requires a business account for the Google Maps API: no thrown error.'
