Can we submit questionnaires in the Agent Mobile app for Field Service Management for vendors ?

I mean if the agent has the wm_agent role, can they answer questionnaires in the Agent mobile app ?

I dont see the questionnaire option in the mobile app

  • wm_agent within the Agent app using Field Service Mobile = Yes
  • wm_external_agent within the Agent app using Field Service Contractor for mobile = Not currently
