"No results found" in resource filter in dispatcher workspace

Hi Community,

I’m facing an issue with Dispatcher Workspace resource filters in Field Service Management.

In Dispatcher Workspace, I’m unable to use the Agents and Skills filters. When I try to select skills, it shows “No results found”.

Hi @TejasN505724351 

It looks like a common issue. I’m not sure about the exact solution, but please try repairing the FSM plugin and then test again. If the issue persists, log a case. In the meantime, could you check the agent availability for the specific skill and time?

All the related plugins are installed, and agent availability is 24x7 and he has 5 skills so when I filter, it should show the agent's name who is skilled so that the task can be assigned.
