I have a client that wants to use ServiceNow FSM. However, they have a much different operating model. They do not have mobile devices nor mobile internet access while in the field. They have laptops and pickup their jobs in the office at the beginning of their shift and close them in the office at the end of the shift. All of the work in between would be in offline mode.
Has anyone tried to run ServiceNow Agent using an emulator on a laptop?
Thanks for any words of wisdom you can share.

Hi Stephen,
We're a ServiceNow Build Partner that extends FSM beyond questionnaires & smart assessments for regulated-industry field execution (MedTech, Manufacturing, Retail and Energy & Utilities). For a use case like this that requires picking up jobs at the start of shift, work fully offline all day, close out at end of shift, TrueContext offers an offline-first app for Windows, iOS and Android that allows creating work order and job documentation workflows (for inspections, preventative maintenance, break-fix and any form-based flow) and integrates back into ServiceNow for the back-office sync on job completion, creating and updating table records and attaching PDF reports based on the completed flow. Might be worth a look depending on what your client's flexibility is on the toolset.
Either way, happy to share more on what's worked. Connect with me on LinkedIn if you'd like to dig in further: https://www.linkedin.com/in/hubertogarza/
