Specific FSM Contractor (external agents) Mobile App?

We implemented a solution for a customer based on FSM and Contractor Portal Plugin.

Currently the contractor (external agents) work their task by accessing Contractor portal ../fsmcp

I know there is the FSM agent mobile application used by users with wm_agent role.

I am asking if there exist a specific Contractor mobile application con contractor users, that is having wm_ext_agent role.

The mobile agent app is currently only available to fully licensed users, not external users with the Contractor license.

I really don't get the rationale of this decision. Why would an external FSA need the mobile app any less than an internal FSA? They're supposed to perform the same tasks in most cases. I understand the licensing and pricing considerations, but not allowing wm_ext_agent roles to use the mobile app does not really make sense.

No, contractor agents must use the Portal to interact with their assigned WOT.

There is a new Mobile Application called "Field Service Contractor for mobile" which came with the November Store Release.

@Roy Wallimann Thanks for pointing this out. Assuming that I'm interpreting the documentation correctly, the same ServiceNow Agent application available in iOS/Android app stores is used with the Field Service Contractor for mobile feature. The Contractor Manager uses the app to assign tasks to themselves or to their agents.
