Hi colleagues,
Can you tell me if the user_admin role consumes some kind of fsm license in Servicenow?
From what I see, when assigning the user_admin role to a group, it inherits by default the fsm_skill_admin role which I think is considered as a fullfiller role.
Many Thanks,

Hi @Victor Mesa ,
If the user having user_admin role doing any fulfillment in FSM then yes it would consume the license.

Hi @Community Alums ,
Right now the user with that user_admin role, just manages user groups and gives high users.
Are those actions considered something about FSM?
Thanks,

Hi @Victor Mesa ,
Is that user approving/Completing any tasks? If that user adding or removing anyone from the group you are asking? if the answer is yes to my both questions then it's consuming license.

Hi @Community Alums ,
Yes, that user will add users and delete them from a group.
(This action by itself consumes FSM license??)
No, he will not approve tasks.
Thanks,
