I need to add a new layer to Territory planning, similar to asset and agent. I read the document and searched, but couldn't find it. Could you please guide me? Thanks

Take a look at the FSM Territory Planning Implementation Guide, you'll find something there.

Navigate to All > Field Service > Map Overlay > Overlay Data Items
