try downloading from the legacy store, go to plugin module > top right switch to legacy store

unfortunately, i don't have the exact sequence steps, it was trial and error

repair the CSM ones first (not the FSM ones)

Hi @Joshua Chen MTL  @HimavarshiniY

It is a PDI, not the customer instance. When I tried it on PDI, I'm getting the same error that @HimavarshiniY shared. The 'sn_customercentral' is a PAID application, which cannot be installed in PDI.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  you're right, i was referring to com.sn_customerservice instead

@HimavarshiniY  try downloading the above, and all CSM related plugins in your PDI like i mentioned then the FSM plugins, and it should work. that's the workaroun that worked for me.

sn_fsm_components, sn_fsm_wrkspc, sn_fsm_dispo_wrkspc

if all fail, try downloading from the classic app store instead (don't ask me why it works!)

For some reason, if you request a new PDI in Yokohama release, some plugins have as a dependency the 'sn_customercentral' plugin, and it is not available.

The strange part is that in the past, this plugin was named as 'com.sn_csm_customer_central'. I have not checked the release notes before this post, but I did the strategy below. It won't be helpful if you use your PDI for a while your PDI. What I did:

1- Request a new PDI in Washington (idk if it works with Xanadu)

2- Install all plugins related to CSM

3- Requested to upgrade your PDI to Yokohama

I am not proud, but it works 😂
