unable to install WFO in PDI yokohoma

Hi team,

Has anyone run into this issue? In a previous PDI, I was able to access WFO for Field Service through the classic App Manager.

Now I’m getting an error that the calendar component is missing, and a colleague’s PDI is showing the same issue. I have the calendar component up to date and installed.

Has anyone managed to get WFO for FSM working in their PDI?

Hi @Joshua Chen FX ,

ServiceNow’s timeline reveals that Workforce Optimization (WFO) for Field Service Management (FSM), including the calendar component, is often not available or functional in Yokohama‑based PDIs, due to missing plugin visibility or dependency issues, and users have successfully resolved it by recreating the PDI from an earlier release (like Xanadu) and upgrading it to Yokohama....

Hi @Joshua Chen FX

ServiceNow can’t support this here, as we’re trying to install the plugin in a PDI. You can install plugins in an client instance or your company demo instance, but not in PDI.
