Using Google Map API for Dynamic Scheduling

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to set up dynamic scheduling for work order tasks to assign to agents based on proximity using Google Maps directions. I have configured the properties as shown in the attached image, but the estimated travel duration are still calculated as if they are straight-line distances, similar to what I'd get without integrating Google Maps. This leads me to believe that Google Maps is not being utilized correctly.

Could someone please advise on what adjustments are needed to ensure that Google Maps is properly factored into the travel duration calculations?
