Visibility of Technician Preferences list

I'm having trouble finding the Technician Preferences list on the Accounts form for setting Preferred/Ignored technicians.

 

Is there a configuration pre-requisite to see that table on the Customer Account form?

This functionality is a part of the Customer Service with Field Service Management plugin (com.snc.csm_fsm_integration). After installing it, the field becomes available.

By taking a look at the Learning instance for the FSM Implementation Course, I can now SEE the Related List and know that the table is called "wm_agent_assignment_preferences". However I still am unable to find it on my own instance or understand from the DOCs where it comes from, since there is no match for this table in there.
