Can anyone please suggest if Field Service Agent can create a work order in mobile agent app or not?
And how can we configure to create a work order in mobile agent app

Hi Sujay - out of the box, you can search for an Asset (Asset Lookup), and from the asset, you can create a new Work Order. You can also configure other ways to create WOs.

@Boloody - this is not Field Service Lightning. This is ServiceNow Field Service Management. Your answer is not relevant in this scenario.
