This was a really great presentation and extremely helpful as we embark on our Catalog Builder journey at Kaiser Permanente. I especially liked the suggestion for creating a Catalog Builder community site on MS Teams so that builders can help each other, and also the warning about builders potentially creating catalog items for other departments thereby shifting work out to other teams without first letting the other teams know. Last but not least, thank you to Providence for providing the step-by-step tutorial on how to create the approval subflow.
