configure the Preview of Caller Record ,which view i want create to override the default view

Hi @SK Chand Basha ,

 

for this you need to configure the sys_popup view, for example please refer the below > (For incident form)

 

goto >>>

 

https://yourinstance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=incident.do?sysparm_view=sys_popup

 

This will open the Incident form in the popup view.

 

Then click on the header, Configure-->form layout.

 

Add the fields that you want to show on the popup. (Add only relevant fields that you want to show on a popup).
