Unable to receive emails in PDI: "Message rejected by mx01.service-now.com"

Hello,
I am currently testing email receiving functionality in my ServiceNow PDI instance, but I am encountering the following issue.

When sending an email from an external email address to my PDI instance, the email is not delivered, and I receive the following error message:

Message to the following email address was rejected by mx01.service-now.com.

I have already checked the following settings in my PDI:

  • Email receiving enabled is checked in Email Properties.
  • The email address used for testing is correct.

Despite these settings, the email does not reach my instance, and the error persists. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows how to resolve this, I would greatly appreciate your advice.
