1) Yes, even if you take the course again, you will still have to pay the re-examination fee directly through Webassessor. Retaking the course does not waive the retake fee, as exam retake fees are handled separately and cannot be paid using Learning Credits or covered by retaking the course.

2) ServiceNow does not provide a voucher for retaking the CSA exam as per their official policy. For a retake, you are required to pay the re-examination fee directly through Webassessor, and Learning Credits cannot be used for this purpose. You first need to pay from your own pocket and ask for reimbursement if your company has this policy.
