The Zurich Release is Here!

We're thrilled to share this news with you – the Zurich release of the ServiceNow® AI platform is now live! This release is packed with amazing advancements in AI management, Risk products, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) capabilities. Let's dive into a few of the enhancements that we think makes this release so special… for you!

AI Platform and Control Tower

First up, we've got the AI Control Tower. Think of it as your central hub for all things AI. It helps you manage your AI strategy, keep track of your AI assets, and ensure everything is running smoothly. With Zurich, we are further breaking down silos by adding integrated discovery support for AWS Bedrock, Azure Foundry, and ServiceNow LLM to accelerate the discovery and management of AI agents and their related models and tools.

AI Governance was a focus for this release too. With a clear view of your AI operations and secure controls and privacy safeguards, you can now better manage ServiceNow AI agents, keeping an eye on access and detecting any dormant agents or accessing critical metrics to assess security and privacy issues for these agents. With the Enterprise AI Value module, you can make better data-driven decisions about AI adoption using customizable dashboards.

ESG Management Enhancements

Now, let's talk about ESGM where the Zurich release brings real-time ESG data management front and center. Enhancements in this release automate the extraction of ESG-relevant data from energy and utility bills with Now Assist for ESG, making reporting a breeze. You can even provide estimates for missing data in disclosures and replace them with actuals when available. Automated metric review ensures your sustainability metrics are accurate and transparent.

When it comes to risk and resilience, the Zurich release has you covered. Integrated Risk Management (IRM) features include bulk entity-based user access management and grid-mode risk assessments among others.
