Need training? - Jan has openings in January classes - Vendor Risk & Integrated Risk Management

I am currently scheduled to teach Vendor Risk and Integrated Risk Management - and my classes are not full! :-(. You can sign up for one of these classes up until 2-3 days before the class starts.

GRC: Vendor Risk Management Implementations (VRMI) - January 18-19 (Tues/Wed) - this is being taught in the US Central Time zone - starting at 9:00 am.

GRC: Integrated Risk Management (IRMI) - January 27-28 (Thurs/Fri) - this is also being taught in the US Central Time zone - starting at 9:00 am

Here are links to register for these classes (BTW - there is a new version of Now Learning that will be launched in mid-January. When that happens, I think (not 100% sure) that these links won't work. When that happens, I will update this post with the new links.  The new Now Learning updates are really nice - I think you will like them.

January 17th, 2022 - A New Version of Now Learning!

ServiceNow will release an updated version of Now Learning at 6 a.m. PDT on Monday, January 17, 2022. Please note the following transition details for training and certification services. The Now Learning Platform will be unavailable beginning at 5 p.m. PDT on Saturday, January 15. Webassessor certification exam language changes will be unavailable beginning at 12 a.m. PDT on Monday, January 10. All services resume with the new Now Learning release on Monday, January 17, at 6 a.m. PDT. • If you are going to attend VRMI - please make sure you have the right pre-requisites/experience. This course assumes that you know the basics of working in the ServiceNow platform.
• Specifically, you need to go thru the Vendor Risk Management Fundamentals course. This explains how to use the application. The implementation course focuses on how to implement it, assuming you already know how to use it.  Here is a link to this on-demand course:

• If you are going to attend IRMI - please make sure you have the right pre-requisites/experience. This course assumes that you know the basics of working in the ServiceNow platform.
• The GRC: Integrated Risk Management Fundamentals is a prerequisite for this class. This is an on-demand course and the Implementations class will build on this. This is for EVERYONE. Even if you have been working in the GRC industry, you need to go thru this course. This is about how to use the ServiceNow GRC application. The implementation course will not cover usage. The implementation course focuses on how to implement (configure and customize) with the assumption that you know how to use the app.

• There is a pre-requisite on Advanced Risk Assessments that is STRONGLY encouraged - the instructor-led IRMI course builds on the knowledge from this course.
