Add indicator to a control UI Action

Hi all!
I've been pondering over the Add UI Action on the related list of Indicators on the Control record. The Add button is by default not visible for some reason on the instance I am working with - the button's condition and functionality are OTB, nothing has been touched. However, if an Indicator Template is added to the associated Control Objective, when the Control record is refreshed, the newly added Indicator from the template appears in the Indicators related list, and the Add button flashes for a split second and then disappears once again.
Question is, why could the Add button not be visible by default and why does it behave this way when an Indicator Template is associated to the Control Objective?

Hi @Liza_Ivanova ,
It's a OOTB behaviour, When indicator Template is associated to the Control Objective, you are limiting which indicator should be used on a particular Control, so once the control gets generated it will have that indicator which was associated with control objective via the indicator template used.
So, if you want multiple indicators on a control record, you need to define it at the control objective record, by attaching or adding multiple indicator templates:
