After login it will redirect to workspace not native ui.

Hello Team,

 

@Ankur Bawiskar @Community Alums @Anil Lande 

we have few groups when they login in the instance it will redirect it workspace. we don't want provide them native ui access. how can we achieve that?

From UI builder access the "Unified Navigation App" (URL Path - nav/ui)
Access "Unified Navigation Landing Page - Service Operations Workspace Audience" (under Home / Landing Page )
Click Settings in the header
Set this record to inactive and disable the audience.

I searched ui builder from filter navigation after that I what I have To do??

Hi @taylor13 I recommend that you create a new experience in the UI builder with the specific configurations that you need to make in order to get the results. Do you know which workspace they need to be directed to and which personas will need to be redirected? These are questions that you will need answers to prior to setting up your configurations.
