AICT Workspace – Take Assessment failing for AI Asset Owner

As an AI Asset Owner, I am responsible for taking the Impact Assessment for AI Asset tasks. While clicking on “Take Assessment” in the AICT workspace, I encounter the following error:
“Incorrect setup, contact administrator.”
I have already verified my access and configuration. I currently have the following roles assigned:
- itil
- snc_internal
- sn_ai_asset_mgmt.ai_asset_owner
- sn_ai_case_mgmt.ai_case_business_user
- sn_ai_governance.workspace_user
- sn_grc_ai_gov.ai_risk_and_compliance_business_user
Additionally, I have validated the assessment setup:
- The AI Impact Assessment is set to published = true
- The required role sn_grc_ai_gov.ai_risk_and_compliance_business_user is already assigned
Since this role is already included for the AI Asset Owner, I am unsure why the system still throws the incorrect setup error.

Hello @kallurirajg ,
Try below troubleshooting step.
1. Re-publish the template by bringing it back to draft and publish it.
2. Check if new smart assessments are created sn_smart_asmt_instance table.
3. Mostly likely scope item for the smart assessment could be missing. Which table are you mapping the smart assessment to reference ? Have you given the table name and sys_id of the reference record to create smart assessment ?
