Hi,
The Control/Risk fields are missing on the Assessment Instance "GRC Attestation" view, so the user wouldn't know which control the attestation is for. However, when I looked at the OoB view GRC Attestation I noticed that the fields are actually there, see 2nd screenshot. They just don't show. When I select Control/Risk.Name I do get the actual name of the control, but I'd rather have the related record (i) showing so users can click and see the Control record instead of just the name.
Any ideas why the Control/Risk related record doesn't show?
Thanks,
Michael

Ah! I didn't notice that. Thanks.
But... why?! Why shouldn't you want to see what you're attesting if it's not a Grouped Assessment? Can you think of a good reason? Otherwise I'll just disable this UI Policy.

maybe the rationale behind this is that the control/risk number is very important in the group attestation context whereas it's not as important when it comes to a single attestation. to be honest, I don't see a good reason for hiding it.
Thanks,
Ahmed

maybe because in a grouped attestation you usually group different controls so there cannot be one single Control to reference to 🙂
Have a look at this one to solve this problem when completing an attestation (works also for grouped since part of "header" of each individual assessment instance).
