Audience update on Policy Acknowledgement Campaign

Does anyone know of an efficient way to solve for this use case or will it be solved for in upcoming versions?  

 

Build and Audience for a campaign - all users in  Sys Group Y.

Build a Policy Acknowledgement Campaign - Audience "Alll users in Sys Group Y"

Send Acknowledgements

New user joins the company or is added to Sys Group Y.   

 

Is there a clean way to get the new user to the ongoing campaign?   Or is the complicated scheduled job/BR/Flows the only way to do this.  It would be nice if adding a member that met the Audience criteria is added to the audience and is sent any acknowledgements for currently active campaigns.  Much like when an item meets the criteria to become an entity in an entity type controls and risks are automatically created for it.

This appears to work for me in Tokyo on an existing acknowledgement campaign:

Add the user to the audience, or otherwise have the user qualifying via the User Filter in Policy and Compliance -> Policy Acknowledgement -> Audience

Run the "Policy acknowledgement nightly run" job in System Definition -> Scheduled Jobs

See the additional rows in the active acknowledgement campaign in Policy and Compliance -> Policy Acknowledgements -> All Acknowledgement Campaigns

See the emails in the outbox in System Mailboxes -> Outbound -> Outbox

Essentially I am trying to get the user the acknowledgement without having to create a new campaign just for them - just add them to the current one and an acknowledgement would be sent automatically.
