We have a requirement to have a workflow to check applicability, approvals, reviewers. on authority document record. Is it recommended to have that workflow created? Any rcommendations?

Hi @gourav3,

There isnt any built-in functionality to review external regulations (Authority Documents). However, you can review internal regulations (Policies) using Verification Rules. If you want to really want a review process for Authority Documents, it would require significant configuration such as setting up a process flow, adding a state field, and defining rules in the approval configuration table, among other steps. Since Authority Documents (AD) are typically created only occasionally, I believe what you are actually looking for is the Policy review process instead. Take a look!
