Hi @JadeP ,
Yes We are able to utilize Authority document and Citation on Servicenow IRM Standards.
So if you check the definitions:
Authority Document :
An authority document is a formalized set of rules, regulations, or standards that an organization must follow. Examples include ISO standards, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements. These documents provide the basis for creating and managing compliance programs within an organization.
Citation:
A citation is a specific reference to a section or clause within an authority document. It provides detailed information about the requirements or guidelines that need to be followed. Citations help in mapping the exact requirements to the relevant control objectives and policies.
So it depends upon the regulation that you follow. If the regulation is devided into multiple sections you may use citation as a section and if you have sub Section within each section you may use child citation as a subsection.
so it is possible to use you just need to structure the it properly as per the regulatory document (Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) that is a drug and Medicines control document for Indian pharmaceuticals ) structure and manage it using Authority Document and Citations.
If you find the solution helpful please mark it as helpful and accept the soution.
Regards,
Sagnic

So just to be clear, you do not have to be licensed for IRM Pro or IRM Enterprise to be able to use the Authority Documents and Citations features?
