Hi All - 

I saw in the docs that Automated factors are used to automate risk assessments. I am not able to understand how this happens. Can someone help me understand how automated factors work actually and how do they adjust scores and how I can add them to risk assessments.

Automated factors are nothing but the actual questions which will be asked in the assessment. And this assessment is only possible when you have Advanced Risk Management , where you need to enable " sn_risk_advanced" plugin.

Once the plugin is installed , then mark the below property true : "Migrate to Advanced Risk Assessments ".

Then, Start learning Manual Factor first, then Group Factor and finally Automated factors.

Coming, to scoring adjustments, it's again depends on RAMs, which will again required Advanced risk.
