Can any one point me in the direction to cancel an in process BIA approval? I have a BIA pending approval from an BCM Lead individual who left the organization, and I need to cancel it, set a different BCM Lead approver and resubmit for approvals.
I can't find any guidance in either the Approval configuration for BIA or the Structured workflows for Business Impact Analysis in BCM Configurable Workspace. Is there somewhere else I should be looking or is this missing functionality?
