BCM- Generate PDF

Hi Expert,

For BCM workspace, in any record (BIA,BCP, Crisis) when we click on "Generate PDF" ui action, its generate PDF.

My question: Is there any way to add index in the document like we create normal index in book/word file?

You Can raise an Idea on Service Now Idea Portal..May be same can be added in Future Releases.

Technically, there is a way today to modify the PDFs.  The PDF 'template' utilized is located on the 'sn_doc_template' table but is not something simply modified like a graphical drag and drop.  You will need to be somewhat adept at modifying HTML in order to generate what you would like to see on the PDF.
