We are trying to integrate Servicenow with Big ID and we thought of listing out steps as below,
1. Big ID Integration (Configure Data Source(s) and pull data into Servicenow)
2. Transform and Map Big ID data to CMDB tables(Asset and Business Process) and other tables (Policy and profiles). This basically constructs PII Data Inventory)
3. PIA Assessment (Assessments can be triggered aganist PII Data inventory targeting Assets, Business process and etc.,)
4. PIA Issues and Exceptions.
5. Compliance Summary on Asset, Business Process and Policies will be reflected in PII Dashboards to necessary Stakeholders)
Can anyone tell me how Big ID Integration can be achieved either via Big ID API or File Transport. It would be better if you can share detailed steps to achieve this.
