Can't close audit task

Hi, 

This is on the Audit Task, When we approve it, it says Planned start date should be before planned end date. Where can we modify it?

HI @jajay ,

You cannot change the planned end date, as it's related to Planned Start date and the Planned Duration you have mentioned.

So it's important that while creating the Audit task, you mention the planned start and planned duration.

See below example, i have selected Planned Start date and Provided 5 days as planned duration, it let me close the Audit task without any errors:

I changed the Planned End Date to a later date but still it doesn't have any effect on the Audit Task. Do you have any suggestions on how can we close the Audit Task without prompting an error

Hi @jajay 

There's an OOTB business rule to validate start date in the Audit Task [sn_audit_task] table.

"Start date before End date" is a very common validation, I'm not sure why you're attempting to modify it?

There are Audit Tasks in red that are already past the planned end date and couldn't close it. I want to change the Planned end date on the audit tasks itself so that we can close the audit tasks.
