Can we perform control attestations on applications without having the control created in IRM

Our requirement is something to perform checks or control attestations on applications level without having the control in place , could someone please explain if they have also implemented or come across the similar use case

Unfortunately NO, you cannot have a control attestation without having a control applied on application. As this doesn't adhere to the control lifecycle.

if we have internal controls in place how do we translate from control documentations tp ServiceNow , as the terminologies customer has in their docs is different from ServiceNow IRM terms
