Canvas Error while loading Map on Workspace

Greetings,

Currently when any user is opening Business Continuity Workspace they are facing this issue  to access the workspace content. 

Can anyone help me on this?

Did you try to replicate this issue with any other user?\

Did you try with an user who has admin access?

What workspace you are trying to access here?
