Change the Group factor used in Risk Assessment Methodology from published to draft

Hello - I want to change the Group factor used in Risk Assessment Methodology from published to draft. The RAM is currently in draft status, however, I am unable to change the status of group factor from published to draft. Do I need to move the associated manual factors to draft first?

The methodology may be in "Draft," but you still need to move each factor back to "Draft" individually before making any changes.
