Control Indicator Tasks and Indicator Results tabs not visible

Please can you suggest an idea why the Indicator form does not show Indicator Tasks and Indicator Results tabs? they are selected on the form to be shown together with the Content References.

Nightly scheduled tasks is true and the scheduler is running. No indicator tasks can be seen in the lists either, so apparently they are not created. When I click Execute, I get the info message "An indicator task will be created, it may take some time." I have tried both Manual and Basic indicator types.

I can make this work in the nowlearning simulator so it must be some setting. But quite sure we have ootb solution so it is puzzling.

The problem was that the indicator tasks were created but in an incorrect domain. ServiceNow team confirmed that this is related to an existing platform defect and provided a workaround. Issue was resolved by creating a new Business Rule to ensure that the tasks are created in the correct domain.
